Guaranteed Issue policies are for Missouri residents who cannot qualify for regular Health Plans, therefore leaving them no option but the Missouri Risk Pool.

DETAILS: These policies are not like others you may be used to seeing, they have decent coverage and are affordable for most people.  Please read the comments with the following link and check them out. The link willl take you to the information and give you the ability to sign up on-line.  To enroll with this product, the client must either sign up on-line or come in to our office.

  • Core Value - This plan is HIPAA Compliant for Credible Coverage.  This means that if a person is coming off of their employers group policy with 18 months or more of continuous coverage, the Core Value Plan will cover any pre-existing conditions and prescriptions for those conditions from the effective date forward.

  • SUMMARY: The plan requires that you join their Association, and as a member, they will sell their plans to you.  There are some very good discount programs that also come with this member ship, an example would be discounted vision plans.

  • First Choice -  This plan is backed by a well established insurance company, Central United Life Insurance Company.  Like the above "Core Value", it has some differences.  First, you must be employed at least thirty hours per week to be qualified to enroll.  Second, it does not pay for any pre-existing conditions for twelve months after you enroll.  All pre-existing conditions are covered after twelve months of coverage. This would include the treatment for any medical condition that you received in the last twelve months. If you have not had credible continuous coverage for the last twelve months we recommend this product over the "Core Value".  Please call Martin Insurance Agency, ltd. if you are interested in enrolling or have questions regarding this product, the link below will take you to the “First Choice” brochure.
